Ma's Rides provides passenger transfer for 17 scheduled flights per week plus additional charter flights. Weipa hosts several large multi-day events a year including the Weipa Fishing Classis and The Weipa Bull ride with passenger numbers often exceeding 1,000 per day. The mining and tourism industries continue to grow in the region with peek passenger periods being between June and October.
